I'm a somatic practitioner, international facilitator, and mentor who supports people in building a deeper, more connected relationship with their bodies and souls. My work centers on helping clients stay present with their lived experience while making space for the many layers of identity, emotion, and personal history that shape how we move through the world.
I support people through periods of change, healing, and transition, with a focus on lasting well-being and living in a more connected, embodied way. Together, we turn insights and breakthroughs into changes that are steady, real, and part of everyday life.

Embodied Soul Mentorship
6-Month Mentorship
A private mentorship for those in profound seasons of change, soul-deep exploring, or chapters of integration or healing. This mentorship is tailored to each individual to create congruence and alignment from soul or true self, through all aspects of life. This is a 6 month container providing sustained support, attunement, clarity, and space to truly establish a sustainable state of well being and purpose.
Private Sessions · 60 or 90 min
Private somatic sessions offered online or in person. For all bodies — supporting soul emergence, embodied empowerment, and the gentle unraveling of what keeps you from living with greater aliveness and purpose. These sessions work with what arises from the present moment, and often focus on generating resource from within and anchoring into a deep center of gravity inside oneself.
Meditative & Ritual Experiences
Customized meditative and ritual-based experiences designed around what is most alive in your life right now. These are recorded meditations or co-created rituals that help evoke the essence of your soul and open space for insight, freedom, and meaningful inner movement.
Collective Experiences
